Loft Conversion Dressing Area

This Velux Loft Conversion proposal is situated  in Lichfield, as the plans show this conversion will create a dressing room for our clients giving them more space in their Master bedroom.

We will install a modern glass staircase within their master bedroom to the new loft conversion area which will create a fantastic dressing area for our clients.

We will be installing a Velux roof light window to the rear of the property and a gable window to the side, theses new windows will bring lots of light into the new dressing area.

This conversion has had to go through the Planning process because of it falling into the Shenstone Conservation Area and due to the property having restrictions on it’s ‘Permitted Development Rights’ concerning the installation of windows.
