Rear Dormer Loft Conversion In Cannock, Staffordshire

A rear dormer loft conversion has recently been constructed in Cannock, Staffordshire. This conversion includes a dormer window to the rear of the property giving our clients the correct head room for their brand new bedroom, bathroom & dressing area created.

This construction did not need any planning permissions as the dormer was within the properties “permitted development rights” only building regulations were needed, which was great news as it meant the construction could go ahead and progress as soon as it could!

The conversion consisted of a rear dormer with UPVC windows, and re use existing tiles and new tiles to construct the dormers with a lead roofing. A brand new staircase was made fit for the conversion with the clients choosing which spindles and newels they wanted for the stair parts. An En-suite bathroom was constructed and also a new dressing area coming off the new master bedroom.

This was a great addition to the family home adding that extra space needed!
